The old nursurey rhyme got it backwards—perhaps it’s the spring flowers that bring summer showers. At least that’s the case for this storm rolling over the fields and blooms outside of Salida, captured by photographer Lucy Beaugard. Hopefully the clouds clear out for whatever the rain brings (summer sunshine, please).
