The brand’s unparalleled range of original and exclusive design spans all categories of the home, each piece embodying enduring quality and exceptional craftsmanship.
DWR believes in creating and sourcing pieces that move with you and are meant to be enjoyed over a lifetime- from home to home, generation to generation. For us, that means exceptionally crafted, built-to-last, and beautifully designed furnishings. This is expressed throughout the Boulder store, which reflects the area’s unique architectural character and deep connection to its natural surroundings.

“We are inspired by Boulder’s commitment to environmental stewardship and reverence for nature,” says Debbie Propst, President of Global Retail for MillerKnoll. “Our new DWR store embraces passive design principles and a seamless relationship to the landscape, an experience that feels distinctly Boulder- modern yet grounded, sophisticated yet approachable, and designed not just to display furniture, but to reflect a lifestyle shaped by design, nature, and thoughtful living.”
More about the design: DWR Boulder is rooted in a warm modernist sensibility. The design draws influences from Boulder’s architectural landscape, featuring a mix of materials such as glass, wood, and stone.
The space feels open and expansive, yet calm and grounded- designed to preserve and frame views rather than compete with them. An Alpine-inspired palette of timber and mineral tones echoes the surrounding mountains and terrain. Limewashed walls and ceilings offer an organic, mineral language, while polished concrete floors provide a cool, grounding counterbalance to warm wood tones seen across the Heart Pine millwork.
